Adversity in his early 20’s made him rethink his approach to the world and motivated him to study the characteristics of success. Within months of turning 24, he created his “By 30 Vision” and knew he wanted to spend his life teaching, training, coaching, counselling, or speaking. Today he travels across the country working with leaders in the areas of Success Skills Mastery, self-management, relationship building, strategic thinking, and creating high performing teams. Jason’s purpose is to inspire confidence in everyone he works with, and he is passionate about helping them pursue and achieve meaningful results.

Tricia Rivas, Owner of Trixie’s Salon

Tricia has been a daymaker (hairstylist) since 1997.  In that time she has been a employee, rented a styling chair and is now the proud owner of the award winning Trixies Salon. Tricia is also the Iowa representative for PSI and the co- founder of AGAPE which helps women with postpartum depression. Tricia has also founded Saint Monicas Meals at Christ the King Church and most recently Dream Catchers, where herself and licensed cosmetologists/massage therapists give complimentary beauty services to the terminally and chronically ill. She also sits on the East/South Des Moines Chamber board as Vice-President.

Tricia has a passion for giving back to individuals and to her community, she truly is a proud Southsider. She tries to lead by example through her trust in God and her faith. Tricia loves being with her husband Jeremy and her three children Colton 22, Mateo 13 and Marlee 6, camping with friends, watching baseball and football and of course shopping at her local favorite boutiques, she has a weakness for a great pair of shoes and handbags. TJ Tollakson

TJ Tollakson, CEO of Ruster Sports

TJ Tollakson participated in many sports growing up and in High School won 11 Varsity Athletic Letters.  After high school TJ attended Boston University to play soccer, but financially decided it more advantageous to attend the University of Iowa where he could benefit from in-state tuition. Struggling without athletic competition TJ entered Bill Phillip’s Body For Life Challenge and this led him to his destiny to ultimately compete in triathlons.  Some his most noted accomplishments are Ironman North American Champion 2014, Ironman Lake Placid Champion 2011, 2xEagleman 70.3 Champion, 8x Ironman Podium Finisher, 5x Ironman Hawaii Finisher, Amateur National Champion 2004.

This isn’t where his accomplishments stop.  TJ is the founder & CEO of Ruster Sports.  Ruster Sports is the home of the Dimond bike and Ruster Sports bike case.  The Dimond Bike had been long awaited by many Triathletes, but the final result is nothing less than the fastest triathlon bike in the world.  This bike was not only invented by TJ, it is now produced right here in Des Moines, Iowa.

Danny Beyer is a networking specialist and bow tie aficionado.  Through his network he has achieved success in both his professional and personal life.  He helped organize the Des Moines Area LinkedIn Social – an event that draws hundreds of professionals from throughout the Greater Des Moines area to build real life connections.  In 2013 he co-founded the Bow Tie Ball, a charity event centered on bow ties and networking that has raised tens of thousands of dollars for Young Variety.  His book, Ties that Bind: Networking with Style is available at www.dannybeyer.com.

Amy is a graduate of Iowa State University where she earned a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a Minor in Coaching. She resides in Urbandale, IA, with her husband, daughter and two Boston terriers.

He takes a holistic approach to bridging together individual, organizational and community success for the benefit of all parties involved.

Most recently Chris represented Apollo Education Group and University of Phoenix, serving in multiple roles including Director of Enrollment, Campus Director and Workforce Solution Consultant.

Chris actively gives back to his community through volunteer work in the areas of youth literacy and education as well as education and career development working with high school teens. Chris is a current board member for the Central Iowa Association for Talent Development and Co-VP of the Education Committee. He also serves as board president for Everybody Wins! Iowa.

In Chris’s current role as Talent Development Business Partner for Merit Resources, he specializes in instructional design and curriculum development as well as training delivery and facilitation for Merit’s small and medium sized business clients.

Chris holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix (2001).
